Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation cancellation window

Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation or service. Late cancellations may result in the loss of any deposit or payment already made, especially where preparation or arrangements have already started.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to request changes as early as possible so that a suitable alternative date or time can be arranged.

Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered depending on the circumstances and the stage at which the service is cancelled. Any costs already incurred for consultation time, preparation, traditional materials, or agreed arrangements may be deducted before a refund is considered.

Completed services

Once a consultation, ritual, spiritual service, or other agreed service has been completed, the payment is generally non-refundable. This is because time, preparation, materials, and professional services may already have been provided.

Payment disputes

If you have any concerns about a payment, charge, or service, please contact Prof Elon Bala directly first so the matter can be reviewed and addressed fairly. Clients are encouraged to allow reasonable time for the issue to be discussed and resolved before opening a formal payment dispute or chargeback.
